**Join Our Team**
Golden Life Management seeks an experienced **OHS Manager** to lead workplace safety initiatives across our Villages and Head Office. This role ensures compliance with **WorkSafeBC and Alberta OHS** regulations while fostering a strong safety culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain OHS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Create and/or maintain policies and training in line with legislation.
- Implement the organization's OHS strategic plan.- Conduct audits, risk assessments, and safety training.
- Collaborate with unions, leadership, and Joint Health and Safety Committees (JHSCs).
- Work Collaboratively with all teams within the organization.- Oversee incident reporting, emergency preparedness, and return-to-work programs.- Promote safety awareness through campaigns and recognition programs.- Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**- Education in OHS, Environmental Health, or related field.**Preferred**: CRSP or CHSC certification.**Experience**: 5+ years in OHS, ideally in healthcare or multi-site environments.- Strong knowledge of WorkSafeBC and Alberta OHS regulations.- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.- Proficiency with compliance tracking and incident reporting software.- Successful clearance of a Vulnerable Sector - Criminal Record Check; and,- Can provide a negative TB Screening test, and complete Immunization Records as outlined in the BC Centre for Disease Control for Health Care workers
