That’s 25 years of reliable, exemplary customer service by a team of talented entertainers. We specialize in corporate team building ideas, private parties, school dances, corporate events, theme nights and most of all weddings. We treat every event as if it were our own, there’s no event too big or too small.**Job Summary**Our coordinators handle all the details when it comes to the events we put on throughout the year. They ensure from start to finish no details are missed so the clients have nothing to worry about for their important celebrations. This job calls for strong attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a team player attitude. Events are not put on by one person it takes a team so strong interpersonal skills are a must.**Responsibilities**
- Strong attention to detail to ensure every event runs flawlessly and no details are missed.
- Maintaining a weekly schedule of when clients are contacted and event notes are put together to ensure the entire chain of communication with the team runs smoothly.
- Providing suggestions for different events and quoting potential clients.
- Maintaining data entry for all the files we have on our corporate clients as well as venues.
- Keeping track of payments, ensuring all clients pay on time.

**Qualifications**High school diploma, any other education is a bonus if it’s office administration or event coordinating. But no other mandatory education is required, we’ll teach you everything you need to know about coordinating events. **Work Environment**In person at the Quality Entertainment office. We have onsite parking and will provide all the equipment including a computer and all office supplies. Hours are full time, 40 hours a week, including possible Saturday shifts.

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
