**_Argyle Associates_** is one of the largest groups of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in Canada. Established in 1976, providing the entire spectrum of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical procedures available today. We have four locations in the Ottawa area ranging from Kanata to Orleans.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Participate in implant consultations with the surgeons
- Act as a liaison for patients/dental offices; answering scheduling and insurance questions, coordinating treatment and booking appointments
- Submit pre-estimates for implant surgery, coordinating with the referring office to ensure restorative treatment is submitted as well. Responding to any follow up correspondence from insurance providers
- Communicate with referring offices to keep them updated on patient treatment
- Monitor surgeon’s schedules to ensure proper booking of implant treatment and to be available for all implant related consultations
- Update and maintain an implant tracker database
- Works closely with other treatment coordinators and implant coordinators to coordinate patient appointments and improve processes.

**Essential Qualifications/ Skill Set**:
- Experience in the Dental field.
- Knowledge of implants and implant systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Personable and able to work in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Adaptable and can multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Time management skills.
**Desired Qualifications**:
- Bilingualism is an asset but not required.
**Job Type**: Fulltime 40 per week
**Salary**: $53,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
