**ERP System Administrator**
**Location**: Any Trace Office (hybrid remote)
**Position No**: CAN-0300-32
**The Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the data and business processes at Trace across functional areas within ERP scope.
- Administer and maintain the Deltek Vantagepoint ERP system, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Deltek for updates, support, and enhancements.
- Lead and coordinate Deltek Release Validation Program ensuring optimal organization change management. Partner with business units to understand their requirements and configure and test processes from both the ERP system and end user perspective accordingly.
- Support the implementation of new Vantagepoint features and roll out of new modules.
- Leverage understanding of SQL and SSDT to support function area leads in the development and maintenance of customer reports that meet business needs.
- Integrate APIs to enhance system functionality and connectivity.
- Provide technical support and training to ERP system users.
- Maintain system user access level manual and oversee Deltek security and access, including creating and maintaining user accounts and security roles.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, configurations and procedures.
**About You and Your Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Has 8+ years of experience in ERP system administration, specifically with Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Strong experience in SQL and database management.
- Proficiency in API integrations.
- Experience in supporting the custom reporting needs of an organization and the development of workflows.
- Ability to develop strong business relationships and work effectively with various stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- An enthusiastic and positive attitude, with an ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Organized, adaptable, and has a passion for consistently delivering outstanding work.
