**Responsibilities**:
As our Office Manager, you'll wear multiple hats to ensure our office runs seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Office Operations**: Oversee day-to-day office operations to maintain a productive and efficient work environment.
- **Executive Assistance**: Provide crucial support to our executives, handling tasks that help them focus on strategic priorities.
- **Administrative Duties**: Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- **Facilities Management**: Maintain office facilities, supplies, and equipment to ensure they meet our high standards.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize company events and team-building activities to foster a positive work culture.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and organize company records, documents, and databases.
**Qualifications**:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- **Minimum 5 years of experience** in office management or a related field.
- **Exceptional organizational skills**: You're meticulous, detail-oriented, and can juggle multiple tasks effortlessly.
- **Strong communication**: You're a clear and effective communicator, able to interact with team members at all levels.
- **Proactive mindset**: You anticipate needs and take the initiative to address them.

- **Tech-savvy**: Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office suite) and the ability to quickly learn new tools.
**What We Offer**:
- Competitive salary ranging from **$55,000 to $65,000** annually, depending on experience.
