**Guest Services Ambassador / Front Door - Blue Mountain Village**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to visitors, answering questions and addressing concerns
- Direct visitors to appropriate locations or personnel within the organization
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Handle incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department or individual
- Assist with event coordination and logistics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive visitor experience

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
