We are looking to add a full time administrative assistant to our team at our St Albert Location. No summer students.

**Responsibilities of a Administrative Assistant would include**:

- answering phone calls
- booking patients
- taking payments
- billing
- Dealing with third party insurance companies
- filing
- sending and receiving patient reports
- scanning documents
- keeping a tidy front desk workplace area
- Adherence to all Leading Edge protocols and policies ensuring patient care is utmost priority at all times
- Taking an active leadership role in our community involvement programs and charitable events

**To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications**:

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Well-developed communication and management skills
- Excellent understanding of providing quality customer service Diploma/Certification in Business Administration and/or related experience is an asset, but willing to train and mentor the right personality.

Hours would be Monday to Friday, with both AM (6am-2pm) and PM hours (1pm - 830/9pm). Entry level wages start at $15-16.50/hr depending on position and experience, with room for advancement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
