**Duties**
- Supervise and coordinate daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Work with WSIB.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organized and easily accessible.
- Process invoices with Quickbooks.
- Assist with office tasks such as scheduling patients, process payments, cleaning the office, washing sheets in the laundry, and handling correspondence.
- Implement office procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Provide support to staff as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Skills**
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in managing office operations.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Cheerful, friendly and welcoming energy.

Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
