**Job Requirements**:
Under the direction of the CEO, the Regional Manager of Property Maintenance and Contracts will manage the physical and financial resources of the Building Services departments in conjunction with the General Managers and VP Operations. They will Comply with all building regulations, provide leadership, and motivation to the teams. Ensures our buildings are safe, attractive, and efficient through managing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance using own skills, trades, and contractors. Responsible for overseeing the maintenance contracts of all building equipment and suppliers. Ensure the smooth and efficient execution of all capital projects throughout Symphony. Ensure the ongoing physical value of the assets are maintained and the safety and security of residents and staff in the properties.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in English (written, verbal, reading) to a minimum High School Level. French language skills are an asset.

- You must be legally allowed to work in Canada
- You must be in good physical health as this job requires lifting, sitting, standing and walking.
- Must be available to work on weekends
- Should there be an outbreak, must be able to carry out their duties.
