**About the Maintenance opportunity**:
**Maintenance Champion**: Own the maintenance and repair process of properties including painting, waste management, landscaping and snow removal.

**Resident Ambassador**: Build strong relationships, deliver excellence with in-suite repairs to address concerns and maintain resident satisfaction.

**What you need to succeed**:

- 2-3 years’ experience in maintenance or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent. Skilled Trades certification is an asset.
- Mechanical background.
- Well-developed English oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends, on-calls and after hours emergency as assigned.
- Strong problem-solver with proven ability to address concerns and achieve performance targets.
- Ability to lift 20 lbs. to 40 lbs. frequently.
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented with proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s licence, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured means of personal transportation to and between work locations may be required for some locations.
