**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the **Customer Service & Dispatch** role focuses on drivers dispatch and logistics while providing exceptional service to customers and staff. This position is integral to our team's success, emphasizing collaboration and communication to achieve organizational goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and dispatch drivers to customer sites, optimizing route efficiency using GPS software.
- Review and address route paperwork for accuracy and completion, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage month-end invoicing tasks entry with precision.
- Support drivers, customers, and team members to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**
- **Team-Oriented Mindset**: Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment, with at least 1 year in customer service.
- Dispatch and route creation experience are considered an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience in Microsoft Access is a plus).
- Ability to read and interpret maps accurately.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in the waste industry is a bonus.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Proven experience in a dispatch or logistics role is preferred.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using software tools such as Microsoft Access & Geotab considered an asset.
- **Availability to work weekends is required.**

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
