Dispatcher

Duties:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or personnel
- Dispatching service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and availability
- Maintaining accurate records of all calls, dispatches, and service requests
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of service calls to ensure timely resolution
- Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Dealing directly with field staff and assisting with their needs and/or concerns
- Working closely with the other dispatcher to ensure a smooth transition.
- Working closely with shop personnel to ensure appropriate equipment is being arranged for upcoming jobs
- Ensuring field paperwork is completed correctly and handed in on time
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using phone systems and other communication tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Previous experience in a dispatching role is preferred, but not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
