**Receptionist - Kingston, ON**

Do you have professional customer service skills enhanced by a can-do attitude, this might be a great opportunity for you to join the CBI Health Group. As a Receptionist within CBI Health Group, you will be the face and voice of this accredited, innovative community health care organization providing high-quality services for Kingston office.

This is a 3-month temporary position with a possibility for renewal.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**

**As a Receptionist, you will**:

- Direct incoming calls received on a multi-line phone system.
- Be the first point of contact for office visitors and offsite employees.
- Coordinate mail distribution and orders.
- Perform general office duties and provide administrative support.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

**To take on the role of Receptionist, you must have**:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in a reception or customer service role.
- Good computer skills using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A professional customer service attitude.
- A creative approach with a can-do attitude.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task, manage time effectively and have a strong eye to detail.
- Knowledge of WSIB and MVA is considered an asset
