Bornea Dynamics is an innovative government contractor, focused on delivering enhanced technology and solutions to defense, law enforcement, and security clients in Canada and for our allied partners. We provide R&D-as-a-Service, technical services, and managed training programs to our clients. We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced contract manager to support the negotiation, implementation, and management of medium to high complexity purchasing and sale contracts. The contract manager will lead administrative relationships with clients, and perform a critical role in the success of projects.
**Requirements**:
- Education in a relevant technical, business management, or legal field
- 2 years or more experience in a contract management, project management, or similar administrative role
- Experience using ERP suite to manage contracts, invoicing, resource scheduling, and internal approvals
- While not required, the ability to communicate in French is an asset
- While not required, experience managing and working on federal government contracts for Canada, USA, UK is an asset
**Responsibilities**:
- Negotiate contracts with clients, including purchasing and sale contracts
- Work with technical managers to develop and approve proposals
- Work with technical managers and the executive team to manage contracts including: track compliance, issue invoices, and manage contributions
- Work with business development, technical, and executive teams to implement subcontracting, teaming, and purchasing agreements in response to a project win
- Assist procurement managers and technical managers in the evaluation of proposals to RFPs
- Manage regular administrative deliverables for supply arrangements, standing offers, and other long-term agreements
- Track and catalog past contracts using ERP software, including invoicing, performance, contributions, and compliance

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
