LiveFit Foods is looking for a highly motivated, self-starter to join our team as a Call Center Representative. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for answering inbound calls from our customers and helping them with any questions they may have regarding our products and services.

**Responsibilities**
- Answer inbound calls from customers seeking product information.
- Provide information about our products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies established by the company.
- Take accurate notes during phone calls.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work well with others.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely manner and inform the customer of an appropriate response.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Computer savvy with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $20.50-$22.40 per hour

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
