As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service Assistant at our Indian restaurant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone orders, inquiries, and feedback. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and delightful customer experience, managing communications and coordinating with the kitchen and delivery teams.

**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, assisting customers with menu inquiries, reservations, and order placements.

Provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and customization options to meet customer preferences.

Accurately record takeout and delivery orders, ensuring all details are clear for the kitchen staff.

Confirm order details, delivery addresses, and estimated times with customers.

Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills.

Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking orders or reservations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.45-$26.10 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
