**SUMMARY**: The Affinity Group Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Marketing team to create and manage POS, POP, manage product presentations and assist with food show management.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Create and Prepare e-campaigns and communications.
- POS and POP Management
- Creating Product Presentations
- Flip Book development
- Assist with Food show Management
- Educate customers and sales team about terminology, features and benefits of products in order to improve product related sales presentations for internal and external audiences
- CRM Maintenance where applicable
- Ensure consistency across Affinity and client assets and tools
- Special projects as required
- Advanced skills in Adobe/Illustrator/Canva (design)
- Demonstrated experience providing administrative and project management within a team environment. Marketing experience considered an asset.
- Strong organization and multi-tasking skills with the ability to make critical decisions.
- Ability to prioritize and work independently
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to build productive partnerships with management, staff and external partners.
- Critical thinker and ability to escalate when support is needed in a timely manner.
- Punctual and reliable
- Professional image at all times
- Outgoing and mature
- A team player
- Must be passionate about food
