We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing and Events coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide range of marketing and events activities, as well as providing administrative support to the executive team.Key Responsibilities:Plan/assist with planning, coordinating, and executing all marketing and events activities, including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional eventsDevelop and maintain a content calendar for social media and other digital marketing channels, including email marketing and blog postsCreate and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other materialsManage and update the company website and social media channelsProvide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and processing expense reportsMonitor and report on marketing and event performance metricsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing initiativesAssist with the preparation of proposals and other business development activitiesConduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunitiesQualifications:2+ years of experience in marketing, event planning, or administrative supportStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, social media platforms, and email marketing toolsProficient in marketing design platforms such as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)Knowledge of website management tools such as WordPress and SEO is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentIf you are passionate about cybersecurity and marketing, have a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
