**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager/Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Magnolia Dental’s social media accounts, developing digital marketing campaigns, and growing our online engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and patient engagement.
- Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to optimize strategies.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging digital platforms to ensure innovative marketing practices.
- Create and manage content for the company’s website, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and ROI.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Competencies**:

- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Communications/English, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or Design, Political Science. Will consider a lower level of education based on passion for the industry.

**LOCATION**:

- Position includes in person participation at our Waterdown location

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$26.00 per hour

Additional pay:
