Manager of Therapy Services
Dr. Sala and Associates
is seeking an experienced
Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Psychologist, or Psychological Associate
to join our busy private practice as
Manager of Therapy Services
. This hybrid role combines
clinical work
with
leadership and program development
, with
flexibility to maintain an individual fee for service therapy caseload
.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead
group therapy services
(children, families, adults) - Create and manage
presentations and promotional materials - Work collaboratively with admin staff using
OWL Practice - Support
recruitment of clinical staff - Liaise with community partners and stakeholders
- Develop basic
Excel tools
for service tracking and metrics - Assist with
policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Registered
Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Psychologist, or Psychological Associate
(or eligible for registration) - Minimum 2 years clinical experience
- Strong experience with
children, families, and groups - Proven ability to
develop and run therapeutic groups
(required) - Management experience an asset, not required
- Comfortable developing content for advertisements, social media and digital platforms
