Service Coordinator

**Summary**:
Reporting to the Service Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating all customer service requests and provides administrative and direct support to the Service Department. This position is the first point of contact for customers requesting service from Industrial Machine and is responsible for answering incoming service calls and interacting with customers in a positive and professional manner.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for opening service work orders, files and CRM cases
- Maintain shop schedule
- Prepare appropriate forms for use in service department
- Responsible for service administrative and data entry duties
- Answer, screen and manage all incoming Service requests
- Maintain filing systems, including but not limited to filing of all paperwork
- Provide word processing, spreadsheet processing and run various reports and backups
- Maintain customer and vendor data bases and directories
- Assist in preparing equipment and training files and manuals
- Other duties assigned from time to time

**Qualifications and Experience**
- High school diploma
- Minimum 2 years' experience in service department role
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, E-mail & CRM program

- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and work under pressure
- Ability to perform in both a team atmosphere and independently
- Quality consciousness in work standards and be skilled oriented
- Self-directed and proactive

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
