We are looking for a skilled costumer service specialist that understands the wellness approach to health, who is patient-oriented, multidisciplinary team player, motivated, eager to grow and learn, and comfortable with multiculturalism and diversity.
**Job Description and tasks**:
- Oversee daily clinic operations.
- Help with maintaining the work area clean, organized and welcoming all the time.
- Help with laundry (washer and dryer in both floors if permitted by time and duties).
- Greeting guests and provide information to them when needed based on our services and offerings.
- Knowledge in Wellness clinic is an asset. Training will be provided.
- Schedule guests and assist booking appointments.
- Collect payments and keep a record of the transaction on Jane-App.
- Invoicing and follow-up on payments from guests, no-shows, and insurance companies.
- Maintain records of clients in Jane app.
- Scan clinic documents into Jane-app software as needed, and maintain communication with other healthcare providers, insurance companies, lawyer firms, government offices (WCB, Victim services, VAC) when needed.
- Participate and support in the creation and implementation of new policies and procedures with owners and ensure to make the team aware of new changes.
- Maintain regular written reports to the clinic owners through Basecamp.
- Creating a friendly and supportive environment.
- Maintain communication between team members and administration regarding any question, suggestions, concerns, changes, or any day-to-day practice.
- Take inventory and communicate that for purchase to the clinic owners.
- Maintain a great communication and respectful collaboration with owners and the rest of the admin team.
Must-Haves:
- Great communication skills and passion for costumer service.
- Work well with young children, families, and seniors.
- Knowledge in direct billing and insurance claims is an asset.
- Good communication, be patient, be open to feedback and mentoring.
- Must be fluent in English. Knowledge in any other language is an asset.
- Work well under pressure

**This is a permanent position. We are looking for a long term professional collaboration.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
