The **Office Administrator** is a key support role with room for growth within Kamloops Truss. This person will assist, learn and grow with our Administrative team in performing various administrative and organizational functions essential to the providing excellent customer service to our clients. This is a full-time, level entry position with flexible work schedule options. **Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Greet and welcome customers to our office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate departments
- Processing Customer/Vendor payments accurately
- Office Supply Management
- Data entry and Electronic File Organization
- Teamwork and assistance to all departments
**Qualifications**:
- Receptionist or Administrative Assistant: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., Scanner, copiers, and printers)
- High school diploma; preference given to those with additional post-secondary education in administration or equivalent.

**Job Type**: Permanent, Fulltime, Administrative
**Base Salary**: $20 - $25 based on a combination of skills and experience.
**Schedule**:8-hour shift - Monday - Friday, no weekends.

- Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
