**The Opportunity **#LI-Remote**

Reporting to the Director Talent Operations, the Talent Acquisition Technology Lead will pursue global excellence in Talent Acquisition (TA) programs, reporting and technologies. This includes improving existing tools, creating training documents, evaluating new vendors, developing technology roadmaps, TA program development/refinement/education, creating new reports and ensuring value from existing analytics framework. The TA Technology Lead will work closely with TA leadership team on requirements, configuration, implementation, and optimizing of TA technologies, programs, and reporting.

- Leading technology optimization & change as it relates to the interaction of talent acquisition people & processes
- Providing real time TA technology support & issue resolution
- Collaboratively defining & regularly delivering key reports, dashboards for TA, the business and senior leadership
- Leading strategy development and execution on TA projects and programs
- Documenting processes and leading global trainings
- Using knowledge of HR processes, policies, regulatory requirements to manage risk effectively
- Working cross-functionally to ensure alignment on goals, requirements and adoption of final product

**What it takes**
- Required:

- 8+ years’ experience in Human Resources
- 6+ years’ experience supporting HR technology & systems
- 4+ years’ experience developing Excel reports & PowerPoint presentations
- Preferred
- 8+ years’ experience global Talent Operations work (systems/compliance/reporting/process)
- 5+ years’ experience working as SAP SuccessFactors administrator
- 5+ years’ experience creating and leading process trainings
- Experience working in technology consulting firm
- Creative approach to increasing value from existing tools
- Documented experience implementing tools/process/programs to improve Talent Acquisition experience & efficiency
- Ability to influence and lead strategic thinking resulting in clear plans and commitment from stakeholders to execute
- Experience communicating successfully with global stakeholders in virtual format
- Ability to self-motivate and make autonomous decisions while also working collaboratively with large team
- Master’s Degree or equivalent work experience

** This will be a 6 month contract position payrolled through our staffing partner.

**Work Location**

This position is eligible for a virtual work arrangement. It is strongly preferred someone be able to make it into Waterloo/Richmond Hill offices 1+ times/month.
