We are currently looking for a Parts Person to manage the inventory of parts and supplies essential for maintaining and repairing heavy-duty vehicles and equipment. Your organizational skills and knowledge of heavy-duty parts will be key in keeping our workflow efficient and ensuring that our technicians have the parts they need when they need them.

Are you a highly organized, friendly, and detail-oriented individual? We are seeking a Receptionist & HR Assistant to be the welcoming face of our organization while supporting key human resources functions. This hybrid role offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors, employees, and clients in a professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area and common spaces.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.

HR Assistant Duties:
Assist with employee onboarding, including preparing orientation materials and ensuring completion of documentation.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications:
Proven experience in reception, administrative, or HR support roles preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS systems is an asset.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
