**Job Description**:
**What is the Opportunity?**:
**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Daily liaison with logistics provider to track and trace orders.
- Reconcile damaged orders, orders never received, wrong addresses to be replaced or refunded and enter manually into systems.
- Monitor RCM Canadian and US e-store order fulfilments to ensure on-time delivery.
- Understand proper follow-up processes for all customer inquiries related to fulfillment orders generated by their store.
- Investigate any issues and bring forth to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Track KPIs and customer feedback.
- Assist in generating customer statements, making deposits, and following up with customers on overdue balances.
- Assist the team with Shopify reconciliations as required.
- Process Shopify refunds related to books and other customer orders not fulfilled.
- Assist the ERP Specialist with setting up discount codes for campaigns and testing before deployment.
- Perform other role relevant duties as required.

**Job Requirements**:
**What We’re Looking For**:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Computer Science, or Marketing.
- Experience working in a similar E-Commerce fulfillment role.
- Experience with E-Commerce systems such as Shopify and/or Magento.
- Proficiency with modern content management systems.
- Proficiency in web analytics.
- Experience with MS Office and Photoshop, basic HTML and CSS an asset.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to learn quickly, multi-task, and make sound judgments in a fast-paced working environment.

**Additional Information**:

- Sits for extended periods.
- Significant computer use.

**Salary Range**:

- $45,000 - $50,000 per year
