We are seeking an Inside Account Manager. The Inside Account Manager is responsible for selling to and supporting existing customers through outbound telephone sales calls.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to account locations to grow and support sales
- Own primary relationships with several accounts
- Support Territory Managers and Corporate Account Managers where required
- Develop and maintain relationships with assigned accounts
- Identify sales growth opportunities including products and NTD programs
- Educate locations about programs and monitor and provide program compliance updates
- Collaborate with Territory Managers and Corporate Account Managers to maintain relationships and service dealer locations in common territories
- Maintain thorough knowledge of new and existing products, policies, and merchandising information to efficiently serve customers
- Research, prioritize, and plan sales calls for sales growth and business development
- Monitor customer retention and collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Territory Managers and Corporate Account Managers to address high-risk customers
- Conduct complex issue resolution for customers
- Collaborate with Customer Service Manager and Customer Service Representatives to understand customer facing issue
- Communicate customer issues and feedback to appropriate NTD colleagues
- Maintain knowledge of policies and market strategy to effectively deal with business competition
- Champion corporate image and reputation by providing customers with suitable promotional activities as directed
- Communicate and provide sales intelligence to support and sell seasonal booking programs to accounts

**Experience that Best Prepares You**:

- **Education**: High school diploma
- **Experience**: Prior work experience sufficient to work under remote supervision
- Minimum 1 year telephone sales experience required
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Company in its discretion may find appropriate and acceptable

- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address root causes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and proactive management of responsibilities
- Knowledge of current materials, methods, tools and equipment used in distribution operations
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative and collaborative relationship with key partners
- Ability to carry out oral and written instructions
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft Word, Excel, and NTD systems including CRM
