**How you will contribute as part of the TRCA team**:
The Coordinator, Project Controls provides ongoing administrative and technical support for the construction services. This role supports operational Health & Safety program initiatives.
**Major Responsibilities**:

- Supports the preparation and maintenance of construction estimates, schedules, quantity take offs and construction records and documents for all active Construction Services projects.
- Assists with the development of construction schedules, tracking the progress milestones of construction projects
- Supports quality control of cost tracking and scheduling of resources
- Assists with the preparation of construction estimates and pre-construction documentation and supports the organization, quality control and accessibility of all construction documents
- Supports the preparation of correspondence, schedules, project briefs and reports of a general and technical nature for both internal and external stakeholders as well as project related documentation
- Supports cost control measures and prepares invoice packages
- Liaises when appropriate, with the finance team regarding procurement, billing, and invoicing
- Supports the coordination equipment and materials delivery to site; communicating relevant information between field staff and suppliers
- Incumbents may also be assigned other duties

**What will you need to succeed**:
Education (degree/diploma/certifications/licenses)
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field or equivalent
- Valid Ontario Class G2 driver's license

Experience
- 2+ years of experience related to major tasks

Knowledge/Skill/Ability - Competencies
- Ability to communicate effectively with tact and courtesy
- Able to comprehend written documentation and procedural guidelines; skilled in writing clear correspondence (concise, logical, grammatically correct)
- Able to comprehend documentation that is technical or scientific in nature, skilled in writing technical reports or manuals
- Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Act, related Regulations and legislation
- Proficiency in MS Office suite including online software such as MS Teams, Excel, and SharePoint
