**BTC Group** is a national Building Science Engineering firm with offices across the country. Our company employs 40+ technically experienced, full-time employees. BTC’s GTA office is a full-service engineering firm where we assess, repair and provide pro-active maintenance programs to commercial, industrial and multi-residential building owners. Our work can vary from basic engineering assessments to operating as a General Contractor with multiple sub-trades. The Project Coordinator will help the team prepare and oversee assessment based work and ensure timely service and billing to regional and national clients. The Project Coordinator will also coordinate the implementation of planned maintenance programs with select clients.

Department: Strategic Accounts

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and send proposals, reports, letters, and all project correspondence
- Assist Project Managers with preparation of all Tender Packages and Contract Administration Documentation (Progress Billing review, Change Order Approvals, other) as per NMS and CCDC documentation guidelines
- Coordinate site meetings, sub-contractors, site access for investigations
- Maintain project tracking tools
- Coordinate project timelines with Senior Management, Project Managers and Clients
- Coordinate communications to our clients
- Follow office protocols for project start-up, document preparation, filing and invoicing
- Aid in developing new project workflow for the Strategic team.

**Essential Skills required**
- Excellent organization and coordination skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal

**Additional Relevant Skills**
- General knowledge of construction processes as they relate to building envelope
- Experience with CCDC documents and Contract processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
