**Reporting To**:
- The Warehouse Inbound Team Leader reports to the Manager - Toronto Warehouse
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations in a warehouse
- Plan and review, in collaboration with the General Manager, all logistics processes, ensuring that they meet the company standards and customer service specifications
- Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities of the workers to ensure optimal shift/team logistics
- Accountable for site Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Working in collaboration with customers in all aspects of operations
- Meet regularly with team members collectively, as well as on an individual basis to monitor progress towards meeting objectives, track performance, coach and counsel as well as recognize team and individual successes
- Cultivate team spirit with a Diversity and Inclusion initiative and promote cooperation by seeking opportunities to improve internal processes
- Address performance problems through corrective action and disciplinary process
- Understand labor agreement and maintain positive labor relations with all employees
- Responsible for implementation of health & safety and security initiatives, practices, and behaviors, and adherence to company rules and policies
- Provide appropriate orientation for employees and Team leads and give them the information, technology, and any material necessary to perform their jobs
- Provides daily work direction to frontline associates
- Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Experience in Warehouse, or operations preferred
- 1-3 years of Warehouse experience in Supervising
- Forklift lisence(including Order picker, Reach truck, Counter Balance)
- Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance others
- Skills in Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing work
- Troubleshooting and Problem-solving Capabilities
- Knowledge of General Regulatory and Safety process and procedures
- Mechanicals and Technical Aptitude

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
