Warehouse / Returns Management Specialist - Join a Growing Canadian E-commerce Leader

Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking to take your warehouse and returns management skills to the next level? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you We are a leading Amazon Canada seller in multiple categories and are rapidly expanding into other e-commerce platforms in the consumer electronics and automotive spaces.

**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Warehouse / Returns Management Specialist to join our Toronto team. This critical role focuses on managing daily inbound and outbound shipments and ensuring seamless reverse logistics operations. You will play a key part in our e-commerce success, reporting directly to the Director of Operations and taking on crucial responsibilities.

**What You Will Do**:

- Efficiently process inbound returns
- Expertly prepare and package shipments
- Accurately update internal logs and systems
- Coordinate with manufacturers for warranty replacements
- Communicate effectively with suppliers
- Conduct weekly local pickup/delivery in the GTA
- Maintain a well-organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate on special projects as required

**Who You Are**:

- Highly organized with excellent memory recall
- Comfortable with moderate physical labor and holding a driver's license
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new software
- A fast learner, willing to take guidance and expand your skillset
- Experienced in a warehouse environment (preferred)
- Familiar with returns processing and e-commerce/Amazon (strong asset)

This is a full-time, in-person position (9-5) located in the Dufferin-Wilson area. The job is available immediately.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $46,000.00 per year
