Position Title: Hotel Administrative Assistant

Job Summary: The Hotel Administrative Assistant is responsible for effectively providing administrative and clerical support to all department managers. This position will be responsible answering phones, compiling data and analysis. Must have excellent oral and writing communication skills, ability and be flexible to support different leadership styles, familiarity and knowledge of all Hotel amenities and happenings. Will assist with administrative duties including but not limited to reports, scheduling, communications, projects, presentations, expense reports, receiving, distributing and sending mail, some purchasing/receiving, printing, and overall office tasks assigned.

Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Hotel Leadership Team. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following administrative duties:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Handle guest concerns and questions and react quickly and professionally
- To assist Executive Leadership Team with office projects
- Have full knowledge of all Hotel operations
- Manage purchasing of office and operating supplies
- Manage and organize expense reports and submission
- Must have knowledge of all Hotel amenities and happenings.
- Handle assigned reporting, scheduling, communications, projects, presentations, some purchasing/receiving, printing, and overall office tasks assigned.
- Follow Hotel policies, procedures and service standards
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned

Shift: Flexible

Day(s) Required: FLEXIBLE, may require some Holidays and Weekends

Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to stand/walk/step for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: One location
