**Administration Associate (Fleet) - Full-Time**
**Location**: Vaughan, Ontario
**Reports To**: Fleet Coordinator
**Work Schedule**: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote)
**Pay**: $50,000 - $55,000 per year

**About the Role**:
We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to join our team in Vaughan. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and an interest in fleet operations. In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day coordination of our vehicles and equipment, helping to ensure records are accurate, schedules are maintained, and communication flows smoothly.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Provide administrative support to the Fleet team by maintaining accurate records, schedules, and documentation.
- Assist with coordinating routine maintenance, inspections, and testing of vehicles and equipment.
- Track and update shared fleet documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Help prepare purchase orders for services and parts.
- Support logistics such as arranging transport of equipment or scheduling GPS installs/removals.
- Communicate updates on timelines, scheduling, and requirements to team members and service providers.
- Assist with data entry and reporting (e.g., invoices, circle checks, GPS records).
- Pitch in with general office or team support as needed.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- Previous administrative experience (experience supporting operations, maintenance, or fleet is an asset but not required).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with digital tools or databases is an asset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
- A positive team-player attitude and willingness to learn.
- A valid Ontario G driver’s license (preferred).
