**Responsabilities**:
- Providing product and service information to existing clients
- Maintaining client records by updating account information - updating account users; adding services and packages to the accounts; resetting account password
- Reviewing the status of client files or orders with the existing clients
- Transferring clients to the correct department if needed
- Handling product walk through and leading client demos
- Reviewing accounts with the client - providing the current services and prices to existing clients
- Walking applicants through on filling out consent forms over the phone
- Ensuring that changes requested by the clients on their accounts are implemented
- Working on projects that involves account administrative tasks and meeting its deadline
- Updating existing client paper consent forms and proposals
- Creating executable contracts for existing clients
- Resolving service complaints by clarifying client complaints - determining the root cause of the issue; explaining the best solution to solve the client’s concern; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Meeting the organization’s goals or key performance indicators to ensure client satisfaction
**Your Skill Set**:
- Excellent client service skills and able to build excellent client relations.
- Confidence in dealing with clients offshore
- Strong sense of urgency
- Excellent time management skills
- Able to focus on multiple assignments on a given time

**Responsabilités**:
- Fournir des renseignements sur les produits et les services aux clients actuels
- Maintenir les dossiers des clients en modifiant les renseignements relatifs à leurs comptes et leurs utilisateurs ; ajouter des services et des forfaits aux comptes ; réinitialiser les mots de passe
- Étudier l’état des dossiers ou des commandes avec les clients actuels
- Mettre les clients en communication avec un autre service, au besoin
- Animer des démonstrations de produits destinées aux clients
- Accompagner les clients pendant la révision de leurs comptes ; fournir des renseignements sur les services et les prix en vigueur aux clients actuels
- Veiller à la mise en place des modifications de compte demandées par les clients
- Exécuter des projets administratifs dans les délais fixés
- Modifier les formulaires de consentement et les propositions de services des clients
- Créer des contrats prêts à être signés pour les clients actuels
- Élucider les plaintes des clients concernant les services afin de les résoudre ; déterminer la cause du problème ; présenter la meilleure solution au client ; exécuter la rectification ou la correction ; et faire un suivi pour garantir la résolution
- Atteindre les objectifs et les indicateurs clés de performance fixés par l’organisation pour assurer la satisfaction des clients

**Salary**: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
