Our client is a top financial institution with significant North American holdings. They have operations across most major verticals, including institutional & corporate, wealth management, private client, commercial banking, treasury, and retail banking.

Introduction: Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Bilingual Customer Service Professional to join our client.

Contract Dates: 12 months with potential to convert
Pay Rate: $24.30 per hour
Business Hours: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Job Responsibilities:

- up services, all pertaining to the client’s products. Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Call center experience
- 3 + years of experience in customer service experience in a contact center, retail environment or service industry
- Exceptional technical capabilities, research skills and your attention to detail is always a priority
- Ability to learn and navigate through various administration systems simultaneously

- Strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Solution - driven mindset, problem solving and decision-making skills
