- You start with a **competitive base wage of $19.00** per hour and a **monthly bonus of up to 20% of your salary.**:

- You have a permanent full-time position, and the option of working 4 days/week (variable day off).
- Your training is paid, and you get to work from home (presence at the office 1x per month).

**Your tasks at a glance**
- You will respond to incoming interactions from our new and existing patients.
- You will provide unparalleled customer service to book and or modify appointments, update patient files, answer questions about the pre
- and post-operative process.
- You will ensure that patients have all the information they need to have a memorable experience.

**A clear view of your assets**
- You can work autonomously and can perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You have customer service experience (required; call center and/or LIVE E-chat experience is considered an asset).
- You are perfectly bilingual, spoken and written (French and English, Spanish an asset).
- You have a good ability to adapt to change and are a fast learner.
- You are comfortable working with computer software and internet browsers.
- You are available to work a flexible schedule Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m EST.
- You are available for a training of 5 consecutive weeks, from Monday to Friday (9 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST).
