Influencer Account Manager

We’re looking for a special someone to be a Account Manager and a key team member within the Influencer department at Dulcedo.
You'll manage collaborations between some of the best brands & influencers within the fashion, beauty and lifestyle industry and will gain in-depth knowledge of our network of digital influencers. With this knowledge, you will oversee the optimal matchmaking between our talents and the brands we work with and oversee Influencer campaigns on behalf of Dulcedo's diverse clients. You will also manage the projects throughout the collaboration, from booking to the briefing as well as execution and follow-ups.

You will take part in multidisciplinary pitch meetings and create brainstorms and in addition, you are responsible for maintaining the strong relations with our current talent network and our clients.

WHAT YOU'LL BE EXPECTED TO DO: _*
- Researching popular talents as well as online trends so to stay up to date with online communities
- Taking part in pitch meeting sessions, to create the most effective & creative campaigns
- Managing the Influencer/Talent deals throughout ongoing collaborations, from booking to briefing and from execution to reporting
- Oversee influencer activities related to our campaigns
- Relationship management with our current influencer roster
- Manage and update a system of talent database
- Benchmarking of talent agencies
- Benchmarking of influencer marketing tools and platforms
- Strategic plans for clients
- Correspondence with talents regarding campaigns when necessary
- Participate in the negotiation process with the business development team and the client to protect the interest of the talents
- Ideation and execution of media partnership activities
- Administer the highest level of quality control

**_WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE: _**
- Bachelor degree and 2-5 years working experience in a marketing or PR agency.
- Knowledge in managing influencers/talent campaigns and/or assessing their reach's value using industry KPIs.
- Experience in communicating directly with corporate clients.
- Experience in communicating directly with Influencers via DM.
- Having some experience in the pitch process with the business development team and clients is a big plus.
- Must have a strong knowledge in fashion, beauty and entertainment online communities.
- Content creation experience is a big plus.
- Excellent people skills and having a natural talent for building strong relations.
- Having a structured way of working; competencies in planning and organization & attention to detail.
- A strong personality who is able to work autonomously and within teams.

**Salary**: $40,000.00 per year
