Purpose of the role
Under the supervision du.de the Manager, Social Media, le.la incumbent is responsible for planning and executing the day-to-day operations of La Vie en Rose's influencer marketing. He/she participates in the development and implementation of campaign strategies with content creators with the aim of building brand awareness and maximizing sales potential.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the development of influencer marketing strategies and adapt them to the advantages, challenges and audience of each social platform;
- Plan all day-to-day activities related to influencer marketing campaigns;
- Negotiate, draft and ensure compliance with contracts and agreements;
- Write and update briefing sessions for collaborations;
- Establish and maintain relationships with content creators;
- Develop and implement a prospecting plan for content creators;
- Ensure the growth of influencer marketing while respecting La Vie en Rose's brand image;
- Measure the performance of influencer marketing campaigns on an ongoing basis and evaluate the return on investment;
- Respect the annual budget allocated to partnerships with content creators;
- Carry out requests for merchandise or in-store pick-up related to collaborations;
- Ensure the shipping and tracking of packages to content creators;
- Participate in event strategies bringing together influencer marketing and traditional media;
- Provide support in the organization and implementation of social media projects and events;
- Conduct effective competitions on a regular basis;
- Ensure good communication and cooperation with the various departments and teams.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media or equivalent;
- 2 years of experience in an influencer marketing or social media position;
- Experience in the field of retail and/or fashion (an asset);
- Good knowledge of best practices in influencer marketing;
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics or other analytics tools;
- Knowledge of the Canva platform (an asset);
- Good knowledge of digital media;
- Proficient in the Office Suite: Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Bilingual, both oral and written (French and English);
- Availability in the evenings and on weekends to attend events;
