As our new** Influencer Agent Intern**, you’ll be lending your skills and expertise to help within many components of a Talent Agent's mandate. Your profile must be that of an extrovert & performance-driven person with a passion for everything and anything Influencers. To excel in this role, you should possess a keen interest in digital marketing and possess knowledge of brand collaborations, talent KPIs, and emerging social media platforms. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic industry, and we are excited to have you on board.

**This is what the responsibilities of an intern may include**:

- Prospecting potential talents for representation and booking Introductory Call 1s.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the talent acquisition process and ensure that it aligns with Dulcedo's values.
- Outbound brand outreach as well as taking part of Agency & brand outreach client calls.
- Actively contribute to activities related to ongoing sponsorships, including contract negotiation and client communication.
- Follow the different organizational protocols and tools and understand why they are in place.
- Participate actively in brainstorming and strategy meetings.
- Possess or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (PR, marketing, business, or communications).
- Knowledge and keen interest in social media marketing.
- Understanding of the world of public relations, collaborations and sponsorships.
- Curiosity about the world of talent management and the role of an Agent.
