**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Program Evaluator (SME)** to assess and enhance the quality and effectiveness of our educational programs. The Program Evaluator will work closely with faculty, administrators, and stakeholders to evaluate program outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure alignment with industry standards, including compliance with **PTIB submission standards**. This role is crucial in maintaining the integrity and relevance of our educational offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of various educational programs, using both quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Collaborate with program directors and compliance manager to identify evaluation objectives and performance metrics.
- Analyze data related to student outcomes, program effectiveness, and curriculum alignment with industry standards and PTIB requirements.
- Ensure that program evaluations meet PTIB submission standards and prepare necessary documentation for accreditation processes.
- Provide recommendations for program improvement based on evaluation findings.
- Develop evaluation reports and presentations for stakeholders, summarizing results and actionable insights.
- Stay current with best practices in program evaluation and educational assessment methodologies, particularly regarding PTIB standards.
- Participate in accreditation processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, Program Evaluation, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program evaluation, educational assessment, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of evaluation methodologies, data analysis techniques, and reporting practices.
- Familiarity with PTIB submission standards and experience in developing and implementing evaluation frameworks for educational programs.
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements in higher education is a plus.
