The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all related programs.

**PTIB Standards**:
**Credential Requirement**:

- Relevant credential plus a minimum of 2 years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction.
- No credential but a minimum of 10 years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.

**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or CGA designation preferred).

**Professional Experience**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and payroll functions, including payroll legislation, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, or teaching in accounting or payroll programs.
- Familiarity with PTIB standards and requirements, including experience in PTIB submissions, curriculum reviews, or compliance audits.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of current industry tools and practices.
- Analytical skills to evaluate and improve course materials to meet industry standards and ensure PTIB compliance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for preparing PTIB documentation, presenting information, and collaborating with faculty and administrative teams.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of PTIB standards and compliance requirements for private training institutions.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and payroll systems, including payroll legislation, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other payroll systems.
- Excellent communication skills for preparing PTIB documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and presenting program evaluations.
- Analytical skills to assess and improve program content and delivery, ensuring alignment with PTIB standards.
- Ability to develop and evaluate curriculum materials, ensuring they meet industry best practices and PTIB guidelines.

**Compensation**:

- This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project

**Campus visit required**

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
