Caregiver Program Evaluator

The Program Evaluator will consult with the program submissions team and Senior Management team for all Caregiver related programs.
**PTIB Standards**:
**Credential Requirement**:
- Relevant credential plus a minimum of 2 years of occupational experience in career occupations relevant to the program of instruction.
- No credential but a minimum of 10 years of occupational experience in a career relevant to the program of instruction.
**Special Credential Needed (Certification or License)**:
- Certifications like Personal Support Worker (PSW) can be beneficial
**Specific Qualifications Needed**
**Educational Background**:
- A degree or diploma in healthcare, nursing, social work, gerontology
- Relevant certifications such as First Aid and CPR
**Professional Experience**:
- Have at least 3 years of instruction in caregiving, elder care, or nursing
- Thorough understanding of caregiving best practices, patient care standards, and health regulations.
- Knowledge of the legal and ethical aspects of caregiving.
**Skills and Competencies**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and mentor other caregivers.
- Problem-solving abilities to handle complex caregiving situations.
- Familiarity with assistive technologies and tools used in caregiving.
**Compensation**:
- This will be a contract position that will pay $250.00 to $300 Canadian per project
