Bilingual - HR Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities
- Provides clerical and administrative support to HR team
- Assist in the Payroll and Benefits administration
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data into the HRIS/Payroll system
- Responsible for supply orders for the corporate office- Conducts regular monthly check- Employee File maintenance- Assist with the administration of HR initiatives- Assist with basic recruitment process, posting jobs, conducting background and criminal checks
**Requirements**:
- Language: English & French (required)
- Strong administrative skills
- Must be detail orientated and very organized
- Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and an HRIS system required.
