**Position**: Social Media Marketing Specialist

**Location**: 4181 Sladeview Crescent #36, Mississauga, ON L5L 5R2

**Employment Type**: Full-Time Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize social media platforms, with a primary focus on Google platforms such as Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Create compelling and engaging content for social media channels to attract and retain a targeted audience.
- Monitor social media trends, user engagement, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns and ensure consistency across all channels.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and Google platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in social media marketing, with a specific focus on Google platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Optimization) is a must.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the dental and medical equipment industry is a plus.

**Compensation**:
Competitive hourly wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00, commensurate with experience.
