triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc. is actively seeking a **Social Media & Communications Specialist **to join our Marketing team.

**Primary Purpose**:
As part of the marketing team, the Social Media & Communications Specialist is responsible for the development and delivery of strategically targeted content across a variety of communication channels that deliver audience engagement for triOS College and Eastern College.

The Social Media & Communications Specialist will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication and readiness; embracing diversity and fostering inclusion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for developing and executing all content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads that deliver student enrollment, and employer relationships.
- Collaborate across functions to deliver an effective content marketing strategy and editorial plan to meet the business objectives and the lowest possible cost. The editorial requirements include SEO understanding, content categorization and structure, content development, distribution, and measurement.
- Responsible for delivering strategically written copy for the appropriate audience via website copy, video scripts, consumer education material, and others, where suitable, for both print and digital platforms.
- Regularly update the Company’s social media channels.
- Keep up-to-date with best practices in writing for the web, social media trends, web usability, web design, and business/industry trends.
- Ensure data on all websites is accurate, current, and updated consistently with promotional incentives, program offerings, events, etc.
- Develop microsites for advertising campaigns.
- Interview students and faculty to gather information and insight to write student success stories and faculty bios.
- Create written advertorials and articles for media insertions. Including but is not limited to open houses, events, programs, initiatives, news and more.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum college diploma in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related majors.
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in experience in communications marketing, with specific experience managing social media and communications.
- Excellent written and spoken command of the English language.
- A keen eye for visual balance and design, especially with respect to building web pages.
- Ability to deliver idea-driven copy on schedule.
- Ability to synthesize corporate and industry-specific information into polished marketing copy.

**Hours of Work**:
This position is a full-time opportunity. Hours of work will be **8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.**

**Start Date**:
The scheduled start for this opportunity is **immediate.**
