We are looking for Guest Services Representatives to join our clinic. You'll be part of an award-winning team, helping to ensure our clients receive exceptional assistance with bookings, billings, answer inquiries, and more. You'll also play a role in maintaining the cleanliness of the clinic, and ensuring our therapists and practitioners' needs are met.

Hours will be 10-20 per week with the possibility for more.

**Your Qualifications**:

- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
- The ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
- Flexibility in scheduling, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Experience with direct billing and insurance companies is an asset
- Experience with Jane Booking System is considered an asset
- A strong work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and timelines in a self-starting environment
- Be goal-oriented
- Possess strong customer service skills, with a passion for interacting with others
- A desire to help people
