We are looking for a capable Internal Sales Administrator. This position is responsible for management of sales quotations. This includes creation, submission and follow up of quotations. Reporting to the General Manager, the Internal Sales Administrator is an independent worker with astute organizational skills. The Internal Sales Administrator is a company ambassador educating clients in fire protection and promoting reliable customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret information received from deficiencies and/or new sales into standardized quotes
- Submit quotations for Management approval
- Submit approved quotations to customers
- Follow up quotations with customers
- Report on progress in Sales meetings
- Pull parts for Saskatoon Branch
- Provide quality customer service
- Quality service follow up phone calls
- General administrative duties
- Maintain order in the Saskatoon Branch
- Participate in Branch meetings
- Promote a safe work environment

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
