**Job Overview**
We are looking to find an innovative and dynamic individual with a warm personality to join our team. The role is multi-faceted and will be going beyond traditional tasks. The individual hired will be solution-oriented and proficient in a fast-paced and high multi-tasking environment and will work closely with the CEO.
- **Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate sales orders from sales team and direct customer requests through internal systems
- Issuing Sales Orders
- Follow up with Clients for signed contracts, advance payments, and shipment status.
- Issue invoices and assist with payment collections.
- Collaborates with the team and provides administrative support to ensure the effective functioning of the department.
- Collaborates with CEO and Marketing team for Sales campaigns
- Maintains departmental filing; assists with document management and record retention within the department.
- Assists with various department matters including data entry, A/R documentation, quality assurance, invoices etc.
**- Skills**
- 2+ years office experience and knowledge of the agriculture and gardening industry
- Efficient in all Microsoft Office 365 programs and experience in NetSuite an asset.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills for efficient internal and external communications
- Highly self motivated with the ability to manage time, have a good memory, and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Work under deadline pressure and meet the deadlines.
- Ability to interpret and disseminate information.
- Must be able demonstrates personal integrity & honesty, as well as take responsibilities
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
