**About the Role**

Steel-Craft Door Sales & Service Ltd. is seeking an Install and Inside Sales Coordinator to join our Saskatoon Branch. The Install and Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating residential and commercial installation projects, while also providing inside sales support. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, installers, internal sales team, and operations, ensuring installations and associated sales orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule residential and commercial installation jobs based on product availability, installer capacity, and customer requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, installers, sales staff, and internal departments.
- Review work orders for accuracy and completeness prior to scheduling installs.
- Assign installation crews and subcontractors as required.
- Communicate installation dates, timelines, and expectations to customers and installers.
- Monitor job progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or issues.
- Ensure required materials, documentation, and job details are available prior to installation.
- Process installation related paperwork, including work orders, service reports, and completion confirmations.

Inside Sales and Order Processing:

- Prepare quotes and process orders for residential, commercial, and retail installation projects.
- Provide inside sales support for home builders accounts, walk-in customers, and other retail sales customers.
- Enter and manage sales orders accurately within internal systems.
- Confirm product specifications, pricing, lead times, and installation requirements with customers.
- Coordinate closely with inventory, production, and purchasing to ensure order accuracy and availability.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, products, lead times, and installation services.
- Support branch sales targets by providing timely and accurate sales and order support.

General and Administrative:

- Coordinate warranty, service, or follow up work as required.
- Maintain accurate records for installations, quotes, and sales orders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Support continuous improvement if installation and sales coordination processes.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in inside sales, order processing, scheduling, or operations coordination preferred.
- Experience in building materials, construction, manufacturing, or installation based environments is an asset.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities.
- Proficineny with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial construction or installation environments is considered an asset.
