**Job Duties**
- The **International Partnership & Project administrator position**reports to the Director of International Partnerships and Projects, working with the Director, Project Coordinators, International Education managers, Finance and Registration, this position is responsible for administrative and financial management and is essential in conducting the everyday administrative tasks required by the division.

Responsible for financial reporting, and forecasting, management and logistic requirements for International partnerships and projects that are under contribution agreement with Provincial, Federal and International agencies and/or departments, as well financial reporting of international partnerships, contract training and international student mobility activities. This position will also include the following:
**Major responsibilities**:

- Prepare, monitor and develop division budgets and forecasting
- Monitor complex budgets and contribution agreements with various Provincial, Federal, and international agencies/departments
- Support the logístical requirement of International Partnerships and Projects
- Support International Student Mobility activities
- Support the logistiic international participants traveling to Canada who are participating in study tours and other activities
- Provide support for national and international field offices
- Provide technical assistance and administrative support
- Coordinate Saskatchewan Polytechnic International Education marketing tools
- Purchase, repair, salvage and oversea shipments
- QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND EXPERIENCE

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities (QSA)**

**Required Qualifications**:
1. Completed Grade 12 and a recognized diploma in business administration or an equivalent combination of training, responsibility and relevant experience, including courses in office management and administration. _Must include courses in intermediate accounting, office management and administration._
- 2. Three years progressive and recent/relevant experience performing administrative work including budgeting at a sub-professional level or supervising a clerical unit.
- demonstrates valuing diversity and incorporates into there everyday work interactions (EDI and Indigenous Reconciliation)
- knowledge of major funding sources such as; Global Affairs Canada, CBIE, World Bank, Asian Development Bank, Inter-American Development Bank, CICan and other international institutions
- Training and experience at the advanced level in the use of common software packages, i.e. MS Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrated intermediate database experience
- Considerable knowledge and experience in working with sponsoring/external international agencies
- knowledge of accounting principles and practices, including auditing
- budgeting, and financial statement preparation and report analysis
- exceptional research, proofreading and editing skills
- effective project planning, implementation and teamwork skills
- ability to work co-operatively within established policies and procedures under minimum supervision
- ability to manage confidential and sensitive information
- valid driver’s license.
